Les insolites du Perigord Noir (Sarlat) / 05 april 2026
On this car rally, discover some hidden gems across the area, as unique buildings rarely open to the public and scattered across the 13 communes (parishes) of the combined municipality of Sarlat Périgord Noir open their doors for the occasion. Answer the riddles along the way to try and win some of the prizes given out during this event!
Châteaux en fête (Dordogne) / 11april to 3 may 2026
This event plunges you into the history of this region so famously dotted with châteaux. An array of these fine monuments open their doors to the public for visitors to enjoy festive, fun, sometimes unique experiences, from following trails through the grounds to putting yourself in the shoes of a medieval knight. Many of the participating castles are located close La Flow Vélo, so make the most of the opportunity if in the area at this time.
Floralies (Saint Jean de Côle) / 09-10 may 2026
A member of that august association, Les Plus Beaux Villages de France, Saint-Jean-de-Côle comes fully to life with its Floralies, which brings together many stall-holders mad about gardening and flowers. You can encounter local producers of flowers, plants and shrubs here. And the event is beautiful to look at.

This festival of traditional games takes place every second year on a major Sarlat square, Place de la Grande Rigaudie. Across two days, try your hand at old-fashioned games, discovering périgourdin gastronomy at the same time.
