An inspiring route
At the gateway to the South-West of France, this chic and bucolic 400km cycle route links Sarlat-la-Canéda in the Dordogne to Ile d'Aix in Charente-Maritime. After a foray into the Périgord Limousin Regional Nature Park, it reaches Angoulême before flirting with the River Charente, set against a backdrop of vineyards. Along the way, Cognac, Saintes and Rochefort are all ‘Art and History’ stops... before embarking for the Ile d'Aix, the pearl of the estuary. Inhale, breathe, pedal... on the Flow Vélo®.
