Discover Cyclostreetart along La Flow Vélo
Make way Banksy! Via the Legendr app, embark on a journey halfway between reality and the virtual world, experiencing wonder as you encounter works that prove as startling as they are innovative via virtual reality.
Thanks to the project Cyclostreetart, two original trails are possible along La Flow Vélo. Once you’ve downloaded the Legendr app, be guided into a poetic universe, between Cognac and Jarnac, or between Bassac and Châteauneuf sur Charente, depending on your choice.
How does it work?
The voice of SaXO, a Charentais graffiti artist returning to his roots, guides you along to discover street art accessible on the cycle route. But to preserve the natural and historic heritage intact, the works are only visible via your smartphone! This magical experience makes for a uniquely unusual cycling experience. On your mobile, works of street art suddenly come to life as you travel along. You’ll encounter different artistic worlds and visions on the CycloStreetart trail, providing amazement for young and old alike.

Two trails, two different experiences
Between Cognac and Jarnac (consult the relevant La Flow Vélo stage here), four works lie well hidden. After pedalling along a little, you’ll be suddenly immerse in this unique artistic show. For those of you a little impatient to find out more straight away, the works are to be found in the following spots: at the church of Saint-Marmet at Boutiers-Saint-Trojan; below the bridge at Bourg-Charente; and on the ageing cellars, or chais, of Braastad Tiffon in Jarnac.

Between Bassac and Châteauneuf-sur-Charente (see the relevant La Flow Vélo stage here), there are two works to uncover. We’re happy to share part of the secret: one will be revealed to you on the Mur des Gabariers at Saint-Simon; the other on the Mairie (town hall) at Châteauneuf-sur-Charente.
